We looked for a house in Weirton, while my family and I still lived in TN. Mary Ellen was a tremendous help! She is an excellent realtor who really knows her stuff. :) She handled everything for us including finding out how much we would owe in taxes and doing a check on the deed to make sure it was free and clear.
