I use them for over a year now. This is really nice when you can talk directly to an owner. I wouldn't say that they are neccessary the cheapest but they are very reliable and never require the follow up. If the follow up was requred they would adjust the cost of the follow up accordingly to the original visit. I have had them working on my 2003 Chevy Venture and 1992 Toyota Tercell. I had them working on multiple issues: Chevy: HVAC, cooling system, steering. For Toyota it was a catalytic vonverter. I know I can get my oil replaced in any other place, but I would rather have those guys to see my car at the same time...
