My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Lidia's for Thanksgiving. As soon as we entered the door the staff greeted us and we felt right at home. On Thanksgiving they had a four-course meal with different choices to chose from. I chose the ham and it wasn't your store-brought sugar cured Smithfield ham! This was a real ham! It was like eating butter....so tender and juicy! My husband got the turkey and he said "This isn't a Butterball turkey!" Instead of soup which I'm sure was good, we chose the caesar salad. So fresh and just the right amount of dressing. All four courses were great and plenty of food. Thought we died and went to heaven! Granted it is not a cheap place to eat, however, the quality of the food and the amount of food makes it well worth the money. The waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly and timed each course perfectly. We didn't feel rushed or did we have to sit along time in between each course. I love the atmostphere too. The tables aren't too close together and it didn't seem to be really noisy. I'm going back for Thanksgiving next year and I definitely want to go back just to try the other dishes. I highly recommend Lidia's!
