My wife's bag got stolen and we had the account closed right away. and even with the account ALREADY closed, Sam's Club did not seem to check that out and not even notice that the signature didn't even match on her id and the check, because we had a copy of the FAKE check that was written out.They passed the check and still after she called and make them notice THEIR mistake, they want to put the law against her. They don't seem to be doing there job right, but having a manger ok a check of more then 3,000.00 and not double checking it. not taking responsible of their mistake. They have wasted her time and her repudiation. All we can think is that they had a part in letting the theft get away with all the money they stolen.
