I called CF Funding after receiving a flier from Eric Willmann that seemed to good to be true. He called me promptly after I left a message and gave me a rate of 5% on a 5 year arm... Went to the closing 3 weeks later, (exactly when promised) and I got a big surprise! He had gotten me a 30 year fixed rate at 5%!!!! I was very happy with him as he had my interests in mind the entire time. A great loan officer and a great company for sure!
