It had been over 30 years since I'd seen the OBX, and man has it changed! But, one thing that had not changed at all was the quality of the food at Owen's Restaurant. Nothing but excellent, including the service. My favorite was the Hatteras Clam Chowder, but really our group of 7 did nothing but rave about how each dish was. Looking forward to eating there again, Lord willing.
