I was recently forced to move due to the rise in fuel costs and had to downgrade my living space due to the increased cost of living and had to put half of my belongings in storage. This was not a desireable experience by any means, but I found an affordable unit at Extra Space Storage (much less than 3 other facilities in the area). I had a nightmarish moving experience, but when I walked into this Crofton location and met Cynthia and her Mom something happened... not only did Cynthia manage to put a smile on my face, between the 2 of them I had the best Customer Service experience I ever had in 33 years! They treated me like family and that is a very rare quality found in any buisness these days. I was extremely pleased with the professional service I received, I trust my belongings there, and I would highly recommend that anyone who has storage needs to use this facility. A++++++++++++
