I'll have to move my review to not even one star. Check this out. About 4 months ago I went in for a checkup and told Dr Truman my neck was bothering me. He didn't even feel my neck but insisted I jump on the table to pop my neck. When I came back for an appointment several weeks later, the receptionist notifies me that it will be an additional $40 for this procedure. I was shocked. She said I could pay $20 now and the rest later. I paid $20 (I shouldnt have. This was about 2 months ago. I recently got a bill for $26 and change and showing I a 30 day delinquency. I called about this and was told to take it up with my insurance co. She said it was billing that did this. I aksed who was in charge of billing she said she was. She kindly told me the next time the dr wants to fix my neck to tell him no. I kindly told her I would be finding a new Dr. Total ripoff!!!
