I recently rented a tent for my wedding from Aztec and was blown away by the service. I was somewhat hesitant to rent from Aztec because they seem to be more of a budget business. I could not have asked for anything better. The sales associate was extremely patient and warm. She spent literally hours helping us decide which tent would be best for the wedding. I kept changing my mind on the size. Aztec carries a variety of types of tents and it is best to order from the "Ultra" series for a wedding event. The price is a bit higher for the ultra series but still very reasonable.
The owners of the venue preferred having Aztec come out for a site inspection even though it was not necessary but Aztec agreed in a second just to make the owners feel more comfortable.
Brad and team planned to arrive between 8:45 and 9:30 to set up the tent and they were actually a few minutes early. Punctuality is key when you're setting up a wedding! The setup was quick and flawless. We had a beautiful bright white tent of top quality.
They showed us how to set up the dance floor at my request which actually lowered the cost. I always felt as though Aztec had my best interest at heart.
I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this genuine business.
