This place is amazing! We made resevations several weeks ago. Check in was a breeze. We were told there were two bottles of water in the 'frige wating for us without charge. There was a personal letter from the manager addressed to us, by name, welcoming us to the hotel. He gave us his cell number telling us to call 24/7 if is anything was to our dissatisfaction. He also gave us the number of the assistant manager if he could not be reached.
The room was very spacious. The bed was to die for. We stayed here the last night of our summer vacation. After staying at six other hotels on our trip, this was by far the best and most affordable hotel of all.
All the staff were as friendly as they could be. The room was clean, the linens and towels smelled fresh. We didn't have to pay for parking.
I used the internet to check my e-mail and it was as
fast as I have at home.
Although we had to pay for breakfast it was less expensive than it would have been had we gone to a place such as Perkins or Country Kitchen. And just as good.
An added plus is the entire place is smoke-free.
If this is how all of them are run, my wife and I have vowed to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn whenever we can.
If you stay here you will not be disappointed.
