First visit for a miss-fire. The diagnosis was efficient and honest. They fixed my problem for a reasonable price and things ran great. Karl worked fast and thoroughly.

*Update*
A few months later I had my break pads and rotors replaced at this shop by a different mechanic. After the job was complete my breaks were squeaking A LOT. I waited couple of weeks, in hopes that it would get better...and when it didn't, I went back to the shop to see what the problem was, and if they could get rid of the squeel.

The tech said there was nothing wrong, and by some miraculous event, after I left the shop the squeaking was even WORSE. It has now been almost four months and my breaks are still squeaking, but thankfully it is slowly getting better; by this time next year I think I will have silent breaks like the rest of the population.

Overall I am dissapointed in the handy work and the service the second time around. There is very, very little chance that I will go back for round three.
