Hello. I have had three birthday cakes made by this bakery and they are the same type of cake I had growing up in the Polish neuighborhood, on the northwest side of Chicago. Everyone who attended my daughter's birthday parties were floored when they tasted the quality of the cake. Very light, moist, creamy but not overly sweet or heavy. The cakes were better and slighty cheaper than the ice cream cakes that are the rave now a days. The staff was pleasant & very helpful with the selection of the ingredients and the artwork that was on the top of the cake. The pastery selection is very good and tempting to anyone who has ever had Polish desserts. It is a pleasant place to have a cup of good coffee and any sweet you can imagine. I am going to order two dozen pounchki for my daughter's ethnic day at school this week so that her classmates can enjoy quality Polish food.
I would recommend this bakery to anyone who loves authentic Polish food.
