The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and more then willing to answer all my questions. I only wish that the waiting list was not as long as he had stated to me (2-3 years). My family of 5 is facing possible eviction and running out of resources in this current economic time. I will hope and pray my application will move quickly through the process.
