I needed a dental check up and I decided to try this place that is near my house. I am so greatful I did. My first visit I was hesitant but after I met the doctors I felt so much more relaxed. The ladies at the front were very helpful; they coordinated my insurance benefits and designed a plan for my dental procedures, they showed my what the fees were, how much my insurance would pay and how much was coming out of my pocket. The Dr was very fluent and knowledgable. He explained to me about the work I needed, he even took pictures and showed them to me. I was surprised to see how bad my mouth was. I never thought I would need a deep cleaning but the images of the inside of my teeth convinced me that I really needed one.
He was very patient and spoke to me in simple terms.
The overall experience was very pleasent.
