This is my favorite restaurant of all time. Every single time I vacation in Honolulu, I make reservations at The Colony the day I arrive. This restaurant has the top food, service and cleanliness. If you ever have an opportunity to dine here make sure to try the Luau Salad and Chocolate cake. What makes this restaurant even better is the open kitchen. You can watch the chefs prepare your meal from your seat. The Colony is a place to escape from reality and spend time with the one's you love. The Colony has a wonderful wait staff who does their absolute best to make sure you have a peaceful time. Every restaurant in the world should be modeled after The Colony.
