Hi all,
I have a 2001 Sienna that Igot from Fitzgerald Toyota in Gaithersburg, For 8 years I have always gone back to have them work on my van because of Mr. Gil Briggs, the service director. This man is super. I have so much trust in him because he is genuin, truthful, kind, patient and the best service director that I ever met. Mr. Briggs is never too busy to listen to anyone and makes me feel like a VIP. I recently had the check engine light come on. I took the van in to fitzgerald service in Gaithersburg, . I talked to Mr. Evans Adu as to what might be wrong with my van. He explained everything to me to the best of his knowledge. He was very nice to me but I told him I had to see Gil Briggs about this because he had helped me in the past. As usual Mr. Briggs was busy on the phone but he invited me in without hesitation. He talked to me and explained everything in detail using diagrams. He even worked out some discounts for me to make it easy on my wallet. I can tell you Gaithersburg Fitzgerald Service Department is blessed to have a director like Mr.Gil Briggs. There is no other way like Gil Briggs’ way. Thanks Mr. Briggs. I truelly, truelly come back to the Service Department because of you and as promised I will always come back just because of you. Thank You! Thank You! And God bless.
