Mr. Bill resolved our sectional couch problem that most of the other upholstery cleaning companies told us to just throw the sectional couch away. THROW $2,000.00 away just like that???

We accidentally got grease stain on our white sectional and didn't have any understanding on different ways of cleaning different types of upholstery. We started cleaning it with regular dish soap and water, thinking since it's grease, dish soap should take care of it. NOT!!! It spread out like crazy! So what's next, OXYCLEAN to the rescue. Great, it got most of the black grease stain out...until the next morning. The big area that got wet with Oxyclean now have a dark rusty color and the fablric became hard. We called several local upholstery cleaning company and all of them pretty much told us that we are screwed. All but ONE, Mr. Bill said let me try something. In my mind, I was like, I've got nothing else to lose since everybody else said I'm screwed anyway. Mr. Bill came the same afternoon and he was very nice and friendly. Tried a couple of his own solvent mix and adjusted them according to the effect on the stain. He took his time in cleaning it meticulously, it took some time but he made sure he got all of the stain off. We couldn't believe the outcome. No trace of stain at all! The best thing is Mr. Nice Guy (Bill) DID NOT charge an arm and a leg. Thanks a million Mr. Bill !!!!!
