Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. You may have to wait at front desk if you need something.

Main complaint: Only the 4th floor is suppose to be smoking, but few obey and it isn't enforced. Ventilation in bathrooms not real good as I was on the 2nd floor and anytime the people above me were smoking it came right through the vent in the bathroom.
