We had the worst experience with Offutt Collision Repair. We only went with them because they are a preferred agent by our insurance company. The people who work there are dishonest liars who don't stand behind their guarantee. They charged our insurance company for things they did not fix or didn't need to. They contract out a lot of work so that when you have a problem, they blame it on the other shop who evaluated/fixed the problem. They use Jiffy Lube and some other auto shop where you can rent out a stall to fix things. They could not provide anything in writing to confirm these other "shops" whose fault the problems were being blamed on. When we picked up our vehicle, we noticed missing decals and stickers on the exterior, so when we mentioned it, they said "oh did you want those put on?" well yeah! You just charged our insurance company to replace them! I would stay away from this company by any means!
