I have been very pleased with Tiny Tom. We have used them for 9 years since we bought this house. They do a great job and always clean up after themselves. The first year my grandkids happened to be here and when they came down from the roof they gave me a piece of red material from Santa's suit that got caugt there. They are 13 & 15 now and still talk about it.
