I had the heater core in my 2002 Grand Cherokee replaced at Lou's this week. The work was done in a timely fashion and was reasonably priced. The big plus with this experience was that there was no push to sell extra service that I didn't need. This is something I have always despised about dealership service.

The staff at Lou's was very professional, courteous and respectful and their service is top notch. As mentioned, their facilities appear old or out dated on the outside, but don't let looks affect your decision. I highly recommend Lou's for your Jeep service needs.
