I'm a euphonium player at Beaverton High School and I want my instrument back! My school gave Wally's a few of our instruments last August and we still haven't gotten any of them back... it's been over 2 months! And they kept saying they'd be ready when the never were. They lied! It's been torturous for me to not have a decent instrument to play. Wally's may have ruined my chances of getting into All-State Honor Band too because when I auditioned in early October we still hadn't received anything back from them besides promises that they would be ready in a few days. I had to audition on a marching baritone, which has a horrible sound compared to the euphonium. And I spent hours practicing the audition material too. So I don't care what Wally's' problem is, but they need to get it under control and figure it out. They can do a good job repairing things, but if the service and speed is awful and their delays start imposing on me directly, I will never condone going there.
