I had Jonea's deliver two pizzas to my house. Both pizzas were disgusting.
One was not thoroughly cooked, it was still doughy. And, the pepperoni was on the two ends of the square pizza, but no pepperoni in th middle.
I did order garlic for my small pizza, but it had enough garlic for 3 large pizzss.
My wife called the store to complain, and that she wanted a refund. The man said no, and that if she did not like his pizza, then order at Pat's Pizza. And, he did not offer to remake the pizza.
I drove the pizzs back to the store. He also told me that if I don't like his pizza, then go to Pat's Pizza. And, he said no refund. This was THE worst customer service I have Ever received, I am 40 years old. If he had given a refund, I would not have written this bad reveiw. He did, Eventually, offer to make a different pizza for me. I said no thank you, and asked for my refund. He said that he would not refund my money.
As I left, he did offer that I have a good evening. Upon which, I wished him a bad evening. No insult, just a wish. He then sends an underhand insult concerning my Army Service to our great country(I am in the Army, and was in uniform), he said that he hopes that I defend Our Country with an attitude like that. he seemed to think that my dissatisfaction with his terrible lack service is a reflection on My 22 years, 1 month, and 6 days of good and faithfull service in the Marine Corps and Army. In part that is true, the military does have some great food, well better than Jonea's Pizza.
I did Tell Him not to worry, and that I would Protect Him. Don't worry, you can all sleep tight, safe in the knowledge that the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force stand ready to committ great acts of violence, on your behalf, on those who would do harm to you and yours.
The man, I spoke with, seems to think that the customer is always wrong.
I forgot to mention, I worked at two pizza places for 4 years. I did everything except manage the store. So. I do know something about Making Pizza, Delivering Pizza, and dealing with dissatisfied customers. If I had traeted a customer in the manner to which I was traeted, I would have been either given a written negative counseling, or have been fired outright.
