Went to the spa to use workout facilities and get a massage. It was small but OK from a workout perspective. However, the woman at the front desk (blonde) was not friendly at all. She was abrupt and didn't share any details about the spa. We went to change for our massages and we didn't know where to find slippers, weren't offered anything to drink etc. The massage therapist was OK but the rooms let in too much light and she started cleaning up before I even left the room. Not what I was expecting as this place was talked up by the locals. The spa manager at the end (dark hair) was very nice and that is why I gave a higher rating.
