This morning I awoke to find my computer had crashed last evening, and it was clear to me that I either needed an expert technician to resolve my problem, or I was going to be headed to a local retailer to purchase a new desktop. I went online (with a different computer), browsed the internet for a local technician, and found Carlos Garcia of PremierCom Solutions. Wow, was I fortunate. Carlos came early this evening as promised, sat right down at my computer, immediately diagnosed the problems, and convinced me that he could get me up and running, possibly better than before. And, the price he quoted was quite reasonable, especially since he spent over three hours working on my system, making sure that every aspect of the machine was working to specifications.
