Went to this Baskin Robbins by myself for my free birthday scoop. Even at my advanced age there is nothing like B&R ice cream. Getting that reminder via e-mail that I am entitled to a free scoop of ice cream is something I could not pass up.

I go to this location on a weekday afternoon (took the day off from work). It is not busy and I am promptly greeted. I show my printed page of the free scoop coupon. The B&R person wishes me happy birthday. I decide to get 2 scoops in a cup...one free and one I will pay for.

Here is one of the great things I have never been asked when going to B&R. I am asked which scoop do I want on top and which one on the bottom. Never been asked that before but to hear a B&R person care as to what the sequence of scoops should be meant that I was in the right place. My response was Chocolate Almond on the bottom and Chocolate Chip on top.

The whole experience at this Baskin Robbins at the corner of Snell and Branham made my birthday that much more of a special event. I will return to this location and oh yes I did tip the B&R person for their service and consideration. I won't wait until my next birthday to go back there again.
