This is the worst excuse for a newspaper out there. I also don't need or want the Contra Costa County Times. I don't live there, work there, go there, or have any interest whatsoever in that area.
I did not know I would get such a paper. I have tried to call and cancel my subscription but at one point was left on hold for 35 minutes. I stayed just to see how long it would take to have an employee answer, I finally gave up.
I called again today and could not even get put on hold. I would love to stop the subscrition because all I do with it is put it in the recycle bin.
Why don't they answer the calls, do they know the calls are complaints?
