Some of the staff are kinda impatient when taking your order, but some are very sweet. And they check on how you're doing. I've had average to great experiences here. My opinion is that with the economy, places can't hire a bunch of employees. Rather they have to do a lot of different jobs that should be able to be deligated. I think it's stressful and hard on all of the businesses right now. Good food-try the big cheese steak sandwich!! Yummy!
