The food is definitely good. But you can get good food anywhere. Yesterday, Rosary High school had a Fay's BBQ fundraiser. The girls were enthusiastic and excited because they were raising money for the orchestra and choir to go to Boston. The man "in charge" was rude, impatient, and condescending. He was ok with the choir director - our "man in charge" - but he was very disrespectful and dismissive to the volunteers. To make things worse, they didn't bring enough meat! They ran out of chicken before pork, so people who had pre-ordered chicken had to take pork instead. Then, when they ran out of pork, Rosary had to refund the money to all the hungry people who were waiting in line. That money came out of our girls' fundraising efforts. I feel very strongly that Fay's didn't plan appropriately (this wasn't the first time they had done this fundraiser ), and they should have covered the profit that these girls would have earned. Through it all, I never heard this man apologize, or take any responsibility for his mismanagement. He was defensive, and acted as if we volunteers had messed up. He left us frustrated, embarassed, and hungry!
