Despite the early negative review, I thought I'd give this service a try. The dispatcher was quick and to the point. He got my information down and before I could ask for an estimate of waiting time, he hung up. I waited for 5-10 minutes before the cab arrived. He was friendly and conversational. The only negative was he smelt like smoke.
