HORRIBLE!!!! They misdiagnosed one cat, which led to it's eventual death. They said he had an eye infection, which instead he had a brain tumor. They also prescribed do/human insulin for my cat to the tune of 6X the appropriate dose. We found him in the state of diabetic shock. He lived, but is now blind. If you love your animal go somewhere else. AWFUL!!!!!!!
