My son just turned one and is watched by his grandparents three days out of the week. I thought Little Gym could help me meet other moms, and help him form his socialization skills. We showed up and there were a few of the children missing, but we both had soo much fun. You apply hand sanitizer to both you and your child’s hands; the entire room is disinfected before the kids are allowed to enter. The teacher who is also a mom, and has her own daughter in the class; is very energetic, very encouraging and it is a little bit of a workout for the moms too. My son had soo much fun the teacher knows what she is doing, she works on showing the moms to spot their children, the kids do summersaults, hang off the bars, play with all different kinds of equipment, the teacher kept reminding us moms to build their tummy muscles. I am going to enroll him for the 4 week class for Birds. I like the fact that it is close to home, and it will allow my son to let out all his energy during the winter months.
