We recently moved into a 'new' home. We moved from a home that had all hardwood floors so carpet was very new to us. The carpets didn't really look too dirty, but we wanted to clean the carpets as my kids feet always looked dirty at the end of the day. Even if they were inside all day. I like that they don't use harsh chemicals, the dry time is short, and they were slightly cheaper than other companies I called.

I'm also impressed with the man who came to clean the carpets. We wanted our 15 year old sofa and love seat to be cleaned. They have been through 2 very rough kids who spilled, spit-up and wiped fingers and faces on. After a test clean of the sofa, I mentioned that it wasn't quite as clean as I had hoped so the guy completed the job of cleaning the sofa, didn't clean our love seat (at my request) and charged only half price for the one he did clean. (No charge for the love seat)

I found this to be very fair and was happy with the price paid for what we received. In their defense, the sofa was extremely filthy with years and years of ground in dirt and grime. Maybe I was expecting a miracle, however, the sofa is a lot cleaner than it was. There was just some really old stains on beige fabric.

I would completely recommend True Clean Carpet to anyone. The man showed up on time, and he worked quickly. It's been less than two hours and the carpets feel mostly dry.
