Had a critter crawl into the duct work under the house and die. Every time the heat kicked on, the smell of death coming from the register was fierce. I called High Altitude and the phone was answered almost immediately by Ryan. He scheduled a service call for that afternoon and in less than an hour after he arrived the critter was removed and the smell was gone. The cost was super reasonable and Ryan was efficient and knowledgable. He also gave me some plumbing tips as a courtesy.
