After basically being told my car was "not fixable" at Cerritos GMC, I decided to give Simpson a try. The actual mechanic took time to come out and talk to me about my problem, then had it figured out within 2 hours of me leaving it (Cerritos had it for 5 days!!). Not only that, Simpson found my front brakes were completely worn out and unsafe (which Cerritos also forgot to mention). Overall, the best dealership I have ever been to for service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
