Please read my whole review. I should say the first day I dropped my daughter of at 8 weeks, left her with the director of the school, and I felt 100% comfortable. I did what every mom should do on the first day. Went to daycare and dropped her off with my husband. Came back to the house and got ready for a well needed spa day. Went to the spa and came back to the home where I started to cry. This was the first day I had been away from my baby in 11 months. From the first day she implanted till I dropped her off she was never more than 100 ft away from me for more than 1 hour. I forced myself to clean the house and take care of things before running over and picking her up. I finally got done and went for my baby, walked into the classroom and said Hi my name is. I went up to my baby and the lady Miss M said ID please. What? ID please. I don’t know who you are and you cannot pick up that child, as she started to stand. I was pissed, that’s my baby, I went to the car, and got my ID and showed it to her. Then Miss M was so pleasant to me. Telling me everything my baby did during the day. I of course picked up my child and started to cry in Joy I have you again. For the next two days I did the same thing until going back to work the following week. I pick her up at weird times. I am so happy that they are so strict with who comes to pick the child up. Not on the list no pick up, even if the child runs up to you. After that first day I have been so happy with this daycare and even the first day. I have very high expectations and I expect my child to be taken care of as I would like. I have always told them how I would like things handled with my daughter and to follow a schedule. They have always followed what I have asked. I have never told them when I am coming in early or if I wanted to drop something off mid day. There was 1 incident which was taken care of. My daughters diaper is changed on regular bases and at 13 months I asked that they start working with her on introducing her to the potty which they have. There was once the director went to the store and bought malicon for my daughter at my request because it was when we were switching her over to milk. All the toys are cleaned each night and my daughters teacher cleans the floors after eat meal which is bring up the floor polish because she does it so often. The play ground has houses to play in and toys that are on the ground, which I like because my daughter is an active 14 month now. The area is very safe for her age. The director I feel is perfect for the older kids and she has a wonderful lady who takes care of the infants. Miss M is absolutely wonderful with the baby, I like that she is an experienced mother, and loves my daughter. My daughter loves going to daycare, it adds structure to her life, a well balance environment for learning, and playing with friends. They keep me well informed on how my daughter interacts with other children and some of the funny stories. I find myself talking with the teacher about how the day went for about 10 minutes when picking up. They really love all the children and I still feel at least 99.9% comfortable because 100% would mean she was with me.
