The park is clean and well-maintained, with nice large sites (we're 43' with 4 slide-outs). The managers really made us feel at home, and gave us great advice about all of the things to do in the area. We went for a hike in the hills right behind the campground, and saw Pronghorn Antelope everywhere (they come right into the park too). We took a scenic drive through the Medicine Bow forest, toured the historic Old Wyoming State Penitentiary (really cool), and strolled along the beautiful North Platte River. We didn't play on the park's mini golf course, but saw lots of other people out there. This was a nice stop in a beautiful area that you never hear much about. Worth a visit and this is a nice campground while you're here.
