I called, late in the day, and got a prompt response from the OWNER of the company. He showed up and gave what I thought was an extremely fair price that evening after working his schedule for me. Within 2 days showed up and did the job. His employees were trust worthy and worked hard, efficient, and extremely beyond my expectations. The owner was also integral to the work.

I wouldn't use anyone else again and was extremely impressed with what he was able to do on my oven, refrigerator and RUGS. the traffic marks from years of abuse, 4 years without a professional cleaning in an apartment that wasn't taken care of, were completely removed after his service. I would refer anyone to use Executive.
