At WNB you can talk to a Personal Banker over the phone most all the time. If you call BB&T you always get a answering machine to leave number and they say they will return your call. If they do return your call it will be after 4:00 pm no matter what time of day you call. Most times the don't return your call.I wish Williamstown National had a branch in Kanwaha County.
