really? you give a very poor rating and say never to take an elderly patient to mercy because one security officer asked you to move your car? you were probably in the wrong area anyways. sooo i guess that means the whole hospital is terrible and will probly kill all elderly people admitted there?? wow get real...mercy staff is great, they explain what they are doing, allow you to make decisions, and truly care about you.
