I would say they were good. I had no problems with the nice ladies inside the office. The shipping process was quick and smooth. The only reason they are getting a 4 star and not a 5 is because of the lack of phone #. This is much better than our other options in Effingham. At least try this place out and see if it works for you as well as it did me. I almost didn't go there because of the other reviews, but I did and everything was fine.
