What a gem we found in the mountains of VT! Outstanding sevice and the food was creative and as good as I have had anywhere. The brussel Sprout and sweet potato app. was perfect, the salmon with parsley sauce was amazing, served over polenta with THE BEST RATATOUILLE IN AMERICA(imho)on the side(They were kind enough on a second visit to sell me a Quart of it to take home!)
We were also stunned by the reasonable prices. This same food and wine would have cost 25-50% more in any urban area. The service was attentive and efficient.
Well worth the trip if you are anywhere in the area!
