Went in at noon time for the $5.99 pizza buffet. Walked in and most tables were still dirty. Should have taken the hint and left then! The person behind the counter nodded for us to take any seat. We sat down and waited for 10 minutes before going to the counter and asking if we could just start at the buffet. Got a plate and sat down. The person behind the counter came out and got us a couple sodas. I realized then that there was only 1 person working. Same person was trying to wait tables, answer the phone, cook the food, run the register, bus the tables, and add to the buffet when time allowed. After about a half hour a second person arrived but stayed in the kitchen.
I didn't expect great food but I thought the buffet would at least be stocked. If a new pizza arrived it only lasted a short time. Everything else was pretty much low or empty.
I'd try a different Pizza Hut to see what it should be like but I have to agree with everyone else that this place should be shut down. Tacos El Norte and China Buffet is right across the street.
