Don't trust these crooks. They sold me a never previously titled 2002 Subaru in 2002. The car was supposedly a zone manager's demo that had reached some sort of mileage limit. When I went to sell it seven years later, I ran a CARFAX and learned that it had been crashed six days before they sold me the car. They fixed it and never disclosed to me the accident or the repairs. These people are not trustworthy so when you shake hands with anyone at the dealership, count your fingers.
I had another run-in with their service department. This same Subaru developed an occasional miss in the engine. I took it in and they "diagnosed" the problem as a bad fuel injector. They replaced the fuel injector "under warranty", but three weeks later the problem recurred. I took it to my mechanic who found a loose terminal on a coil pack. He fixed it for free. Several months later I took the car to White Bear Subaru for recall issue and when they looked up my record, they had the audacity to tell me that when they replaced the fuel injector, the car had actually been off warranty for six months and wanted me to pay for the fuel injector they replaced. I told them to kiss my you know what and left. Understand this; their "Expert ASE Technicians" made repairs to the wrong item which failed to cure the problem and when they got stuck with the repair bill when Subaru wouldn't reimburse them for it, they had the guts to ask that I pay for their error and shoddy work. What a bunch of IDIOTS! Save yourself some headaches, don't go near this place.
What makes this really pathetic is that the 2002 Subaru was the third Subaru I bought from them in 6 months (one for my wife, one for my daughter, and one for me). If this is how they treat their "Good" repeat customer, think about how they will treat the average Joe off the street.
I was more than pleased with the car and would recommend the product line to anyone, but not this delaership.
