Well where do i begin... lets start with pulling into the clean parking lot and looking at the well kept landscaping and the beautiful building! Once entering the lobby and seeing the indoor pool thru the glass wall, I knew that this place was NICE!!! The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the check-in process was very simple. We were shown to our room and was amazed at the room. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and most of all, had that "home like atmosphere". The head of maintenace, was happy to get us a small refrigerator and microwave. They have went above and beyond to make sure we have everything that we need during our stay. The complimentary breakfast just speaks for itself. To wake up every morning to the aroma of fresh brewed coffee, omlets, bacon, sausage, sausage and biscuits, and of course their FAMOUS cinnamon rolls! The wide variety of muffins, cereal, fruit, juices, all milks! It definitely put a smile on our son's face. The staff was very helpful, and beyond friendly. I now know every employee by name as well as they know us, including our son! Our son woke up every morning to go look and say hello to everyone and as happy he was to see them, they were that happy to see him!! This hotel has surpassed all my expectations and from here on out when i come to vacation to see my family, there is only 1 hotel we will stay at from here on out. And my family and I will be looking forward to it every couple of months that we do come up here to visit!! GREAT EXPECTATIONS, GREAT STAFF, BEAUTIFUL ROOMS, GREAT HOSPITALITY, OVERALL JUST A GREAT STAY!! THIS HOTEL IS BEING VERY MODEST ABOUT IT'S STAR RATING.....THEY DESERVE MORE! Its gotta say something when you stay somewhere and the staff that is employed there, just love their job, and it shows! The housekeeping dept. are unbelieveable...they make these rooms SPARKLE!! And the front desk representatives cater to every need with no hesitation! It's too bad I cannot mention their names, because they are some GREAT PEOPLE and they deserve the recognition! From Housekeeping to the General Manager....VERY VERY NICE PEOPLE!! I fully recommend this hotel to anyone, you will enjoy your stay!!
