Wonderful work!!!!! I dealt with Thomas most but all were professional and customer oriented. I had almost forgotten the true meaning of customer service but the entire shop has renewed my faith in the human race. In addition to the excellent customer service, the repair work was timely and exceptional. I dropped my truck off late Veteran's day but unfortunately due to weather, trying to order parts on that Thursday or Friday was pretty much a no-go. However they received the parts Monday or Tuesday and my truck was ready on Friday as promised. The front end and bumper may even look better than before the accident. LOL. Thomas and the entire Sykes Body Shop team will get my referral for any and all vehicle repairs. DJ is about as down to earth and honest as anyone from my hometown and believe me that is a compliment when talking about trust.
