I have mixed emotions on Dr. Huesing. I don't think he is a bad vet by any means; and is very reasonable in costs and I have friends who love him. But yes, his bedside manner so to speak was NOT the greatest. I felt like I was keeping him and he was going out the door when I still had questions, not overly personable. I just did call his office to ask about costs / procedure and the girl on the other end was very cold and distant - guess she didn't like me asking for a quote - not sure. But in the end, do I think he knows his stuff - YES he does. And I trust my pets to him, but I also like someone I as the other human feel comfortable talking to and with about things - and I can't say he's that person IF you need that. But again I'm torn about how I feel about him and his staff - it's good on one hand; not great on the other.
