If I could rate them zero stars I would. They are sheisty and do not honor what their sales reps offer. When you upgrade/begin service you do not get a copy of the agreement and then they change the terms. I paid to begin service without a committment which was overly prices (over $100) then, I decided to upgrade to better beds less than two months later. The Sales Rep told me that I would not have a contract and it would cost $20 more per month. I fully intended on cancelling service two months following the upgrade. They put me on a 12 month term and told me if I wanted them to waive the $69 cancellation fee then I would have to pay an additional fee of which I never agreed to from the start. I told the Manager that I would tell everyone how unhappy I was and she still would not honor what the Sales Agent told me. Obviously if I wanted a 12 month term I wouldn't have paid $100 up front only two months prior to have the service without a committment. I would find another tanning service if you're considering signing up.
