I have lived here for just over a year now. I am a full time student and dont have the time or money to constantly move, but this place is so bad I am looking towards moving in the spring. Let me start by saying the management is rude. If you live here within a year, your apartment WILL get water damage. At night, on the back side there is nowhere to park. If you live on the front side expect to get robbed. There are two laundry rooms, both of which are a long walk, some people actually drive to it. They changed the flushing device in everyones toilet, so now it take about 20 flushes to flush anything, and it is constantly plugged!!! There are better places in this area that are better priced than this dump. Ohh, if you do move here and your appartment floods, which it will, expect repairs to takes atleast a week or more. (Its not a week worth of repairs.) Ohh yeah, a month after my appartment flooded, I went to sign a new lease, and they raised my rent, (I know, but I dont have time/money to waste moving.) AVOID THIS PLACE! I'm looking forward to leaving!
