I lived here for two and a half years and had a great experience. These are the best apartments you can find in the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area for this price. Almost all of the apartments have been recently remodeled, with new carpet, appliances, etc. The rooms are spacious and each building has a very reasonably priced washer and dryer. Each apartment also has a garage space, something that can't be found at every complex. You can't go wrong here!
